No separate screens to learn. Every one of these starts the same way: you just tell Sol.
Say what you ate in your own words and Sol estimates the calories and macros. Snap a photo of your plate and let Sol read it. Scan a barcode for packaged-food numbers pulled from a real product database. Or, eating out, point the camera at the menu — Sol reads it and recommends the dishes that best fit your goals and diet. Whichever's fastest in the moment.
Skipping the gym tonight? Swapping dinner for something lighter? Just say so. Sol updates your plan immediately — no digging through menus to find the right screen to edit.
Sol always knows what you've logged so far today, what's still on your plan, and what you told it earlier in the conversation — so you're never re-explaining yourself or getting advice that ignores what already happened.
Your meals and your workouts are handled by the same conversation, because they were never really separate. Sol can tie what you're eating to how you're training instead of treating them like two different apps.
Sol doesn't just wait to be asked. It notices when a workout gets skipped or a day of eating looks light, and brings it up — the way an actual coach would, not a silent tracker.
Weight trends, streaks, and progress photos all build in the background while you just keep talking to Sol — nothing extra to fill out to see how far you've come.
Tell Sol your equipment, how many days you train, and any injuries, and it builds workouts that fit — circuits with rounds, strength sessions, runs. A sore elbow means no pressing, and Sol keeps it that way until you say it's healed. Swap, move, or rebuild any workout just by asking.
Start a timer right from your workout. Go for time and tap Round done for a split on every round, count down a set time for an AMRAP, or run work and rest intervals with a beep at every switch. When you finish, rate how it felt; your time and rating are saved to the workout, and Sol uses them to coach the next one.
Save any workout or meal you'll do again. Add it to any day in one tap, open it to edit its exercises or foods, and see your best time on every saved workout. You can also just ask: “put my lower body circuit on Friday.”
Meal plans are priced from USDA nutrition data and portioned to your daily target. Your recent meals sit right at the top when you log, the everyday ones first, and Sol never suggests a food you've told it you don't eat or are allergic to. It can even turn your week of meals into a shopping list.
Sol works out a daily calorie and macro target from your profile and what you're working toward, then shows how each day is tracking against it — so you always know where you stand, without doing the math yourself.
